Having been registered with a couple of local surgeries in the area in the past this is by far the best. Clean with very helpful staff and a great Doctor who I managed to stay with after she left a nearby surgery. Thank goodness she did leave that surgery the support staff their always seemed very stressed and not that helpful. Pleased to say that this surgery has restored my faith in the NHS.

I feel so lucky to be a part of such a forward thinking and patient centred surgery. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly and the doctors are welcoming and caring. I don't attend the surgery very often, but when I do I always find it a positive experience. It seems that the practice is always thinking of ways to better serve the patients - and the walk-in clinics are a brilliant idea and a chance for patients to be seen that day. Even if you have to wait to be seen, there are always lots of current magazines to read to fill the time.

I have been a patient at this surgery for approx 18 months. In that time I have found Dr Sree to be professional and caring. Other clinicians at the surgery e.g staff taking blood and giving asthma checks have also come across in a professional and approachable manner. Reception staff are friendly and cooperative.

I joined this practice over a year ago as I despaired at the inability to get an appointment at my previous surgery. No one answered the phone and no one ever called you back as promised. What a difference! The surgery is bright, clean and airy. The receptionists are all so friendly and very helpful. Have always managed to get an early appointment or there is the wonderful walk-in clinics twice a week. Dr Reddy is immensely kind and listens carefully, explaining what the problem is. After a severe fall in which I broke my back, he organised for me to have personal care and insisted that I also have a proper chair to sit in while my injury healed. If this surgery can get it so right why can't the others? This should be the model on which others are based. I feel lucky to be part of such a caring team.
